Idaho's DOT does not publish a rest-area dump station list. Idaho state parks do, park by park. IDPR charges $10 per dump plus the $7 vehicle entrance fee ($14 non-resident at some parks) per IDPR and the Bruneau Dunes page. Left out: Henrys Lake and Priest Lake (park pages say closed).
