27 Oregon state parks list an RV dump station on their own park pages. We opened all 191 park pages in Oregon State Parks' park finder on 2026-11-02 and kept only the ones whose page lists a dump station. Short version: 17 have year-round camping and no posted dump closure, 8 have seasonal campgrounds that closed between Oct 22 and Nov 1, and 2 are closed.
OPRD's FAQ (checked 2026-11-02) says the $10 fee is a Dump Station Fee Pilot at 19 dump stations in 18 parks: Ainsworth, Beverly Beach, Clyde Holliday, Collier Memorial, Farewell Bend, Fort Stevens, Goose Lake, Harris Beach (campground and day-use), Honeyman, LaPine, Nehalem Bay, Memaloose, Milo McIver, Prineville Reservoir, Silver Falls, South Beach, The Cove Palisades and Valley of the Rogue. Per the FAQ, you pay by scanning the QR code at the station (or online the same day), the fee isn't included in camping or parking fees, and "other parks are not part of the pilot and therefore do not charge a fee at this time." The park pages add that you don't need to be a registered camper, and registered campers pay once per stay.
That makes these dump stations free at the moment, per OPRD: Carl G. Washburne Memorial State Park, William M. Tugman State Park, Bullards Beach State Park, Champoeg State Heritage Area, Wallowa Lake State Park, Lake Owyhee State Park, Unity Lake State Recreation Site, Cape Lookout State Park. One mismatch: the Jasper Point Campground page posts the $10 fee, but Jasper Point isn't on the FAQ's pilot list, so we show its fee as unclear.
This also explains the old "no charge" line on ODOT TripCheck's rest area dump list. ODOT's sentence covers its partner rest stops in general ("they all have restrooms and are available at no charge"), not dump fees. Of the five state parks on that list, Harris Beach and Clyde Holliday are in the $10 pilot; Unity Lake, Washburne and Tugman aren't.
