Oregon state park dump stations: the $10 fee and who can use it

Oregon State Parks park pages now post a $10 fee to use the RV dump station. Per those pages: you pay by scanning the QR code posted at the station, you do not need to be a registered camper, and registered state park campers only pay once per stay. Nehalem Bay's page adds that guests in a full-hookup site can use the dump station at no extra cost for waste from their stay; the $10 applies to waste brought in from outside the park.

Heads up: ODOT's TripCheck page still says its listed rest areas and state parks are available at no charge (see our Oregon list). Where the two disagree, go by the park's own page.
